1. International and Local Shipping Options
International Shipping Only: All orders are shipped from Japan to destinations worldwide. Domestic delivery within Japan is not available due to local regulations.

We deliver to most countries except those with legal restrictions or where importing medications is prohibited.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Lost Packages
Returns and Exchanges: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for pharmaceutical products due to safety and regulatory reasons.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance.
Payment Information
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Bank Transfers in RUB: Payments via Sberbank or Alfa Bank accounts at our daily exchange rate.
Bank Transfers in USD or JPY: Payments to our Japanese corporate account (recommended for orders exceeding $500).
Wise Transfers: Use the international money transfer system at www.wise.com.
Cryptocurrency: Supported cryptocurrencies will be listed during checkout.
2. Payment Requirements
Payment must be made in full before your order is processed.
No Cash on Delivery: Prepayment is required for all international shipments as courier services do not support COD for international deliveries.
